Last evening, I was too tired to workout but had already planned a workout with a friend. I cannot tell you how much it helped to have a workout buddy! She pushed me and motivated me through the entire workout and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have bothered to exercise at all.
I left the gym feeling so much better. I was energized and and had a killer workout!
